‘Top Up Together’ for Mental Health Awareness Week!

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week in Aotearoa — and this year’s theme is Top Up Together.

We all need a little boost now and then, and the Five Ways to Wellbeing are a great place to start:

  1. Connect – reach out to someone and share a moment

  2. Be Active – move your body in a way that feels good

  3. Take Notice – pause and tune into the little things that bring you joy

  4. Keep Learning – try something new or rediscover an old hobby

  5. Give – kindness and support tops up everyone’s tank

Let’s make this week about recharging - even better if you can do this with a friend, co-worker or family member!
