Appointments
Our standard GP appointments are 15 minutes long.
Please notify reception if you require a double appointment, or if you need to speak to a nurse about an urgent appointment.
You can make an appointment either over the phone or through Tō Mai.
How to book
Phone
Please contact reception to book an appointment.
Our phone lines are open between 8am and 4.45pm from Monday to Friday.
Prescriptions
To request a prescription, either use Tō Mai, or call the number above and select the prescription option.
Cancellations
Thank you for letting us know as early as possible if you’re unable to attend your appointment, as this allows us to offer the timeslot to other patients. We kindly ask for a minimum of 3 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
Please note, missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
Tō Mai
Patients who are registered with Tō Mai have the option of booking an appointment with their usual Doctor through the Tō Mai patient portal.
As well as bookings, you can use Tō Mai to:
view consultation notes
view test results
request repeat prescriptions
message your doctor
