Willis Medical is excited to introduce Tō Mai, our new patient portal designed to make managing your health simple and convenient. Tō Mai—meaning “to pull towards me”— reflects our goal of helping you access and connect with your health information and care team.

Please note from the 26th of February 2026, Willis Medical is no longer using Manage My Health.

If you wish to continue using a patient portal, please download Tō Mai from the App Store or Google Play. Or, you can access the patient portal through your browser using this link: https://willismedical.centrik.co.nz/portal

Registering with Tō Mai

  • The first time you access Tō Mai, you will need to enter your details and register with the portal.

  • When you are prompted to enter the ‘Invite Code from your practice’, please enter the Invite Code: WLMEDI

  • Note: to successfully register, your details must match what we hold on file.

  • Only enrolled patients 16 years and over can access Tō Mai.

What can I use Tō Mai for?

You can use Tō Mai to:

  • book appointments for yourself or whānau

  • request repeat prescriptions

  • message your GP team

  • view lab results and consultation notes

  • receive reminders and notifications

  • securely access your health information using passcode, touch, or facial recognition.

What is the relationship between Centrik and Tō Mai?

Centrik is the secure digital health platform, and Tō Mai is the patient portal app built on top of it.

Is Centrik/Tō Mai safe and secure?

Centrik is designed to the highest standards for privacy and data protection. If you would like a deeper dive into the security aspects, please visit the Centrik website: Security & Privacy.

Once registered to Tō Mai the app will display your health records in real-time and on demand only.

What will be transferred from Manage My Health?

No data will be transferred from Manage My Health to Tō Mai.

What happens to the data in Manage My Health?

All Manage My Health accounts linked to Willis Medical have been suspended from our organisation. However, please note that you will be able to access your historical data for a limited time.

If you prefer to have your stored data deleted from Manage My Health, you can close your account using the steps below.

1 – Login to your Manage My Health account

2 – Go to ‘My Account’

3 – Select ‘Close Account’
