Tō Mai patient portal arriving 26th of February 2026

On the 26th of February, we are moving from Manage My Health to our new patient portal Tō Mai. Please note Manage My Health will not be available to Willis Medical patients after this date.

What do I need to do next?

If you wish to continue using a patient portal, please check back in here on Thursday, when we will share instructions for downloading the Tō Mai app and the registration process. You will also have the option to access Tō Mai through your web browser.

What is the relationship between Centrik and Tō Mai?

Centrik is the secure digital health platform, and Tō Mai is the patient portal app built on top of it.

Is Centrik/Tō Mai safe and secure?
