Willis Medical is excited to introduce Tō Mai, our new patient portal designed to make managing your health simple and convenient.

Tō Mai—meaning “to pull towards me”—reflects our goal of helping you access and connect with your health information and care team.

With Tō Mai, you can:

• book appointments for yourself or whānau

• request repeat prescriptions

• message your GP team

• view lab results and consultation notes

• receive reminders and notifications

• securely access your health information using passcode, touch, or facial recognition.

Available on Android, iOS, and computer, Tō Mai will soon replace the current Manage My Health platform.

Built on the Centrik platform, Tō Mai provides real-time, secure access to your health information. Data is only accessed when needed, with no bulk copying of clinical records, and the system undergoes regular independent security testing to ensure your information remains protected.
